Mr.Paul Cullingham - Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Cullingham has been employed in the investment industry since 1986, specializing in the Resource and Financial Services sectors. He has worked for both large and medium-size Canadian companies as well as a large Wall Street firm. Mr. Cullingham is the co-founder, president and CEO of Intrinsic Minerals Ltd., a private Canadian resource company based in Toronto, Ontario.  Intrinsic has been involved in joint ventures with several publicly traded companies.

Mr. Ken Johnston - Director, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Johnston retired from the financial services investment industry in Jan 2008, after 28 years with various firms in several different capacities.  Mr. Johnston is currently the CFO and a Board of Director of Breaking Point Developments.  Mr. Johnston also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a large inner-city church in Victoria, managing a large endowment fund.  He is a director of Buckskin Petroleum, a private Oil and Gas company with operations in California, and Intrinsic Minerals Ltd., a private Canadian resource company based in Toronto, Ontario.

Dr. Wayne Ewert - Director since April 1995

Principal of P&E Mining Consulting Inc., an engineering/geological consulting company since October 2004.  During his 40 year career, Dr. Ewert has been employed by a number of highly recognized base metal and gold mining companies.

Mr. David Grand - Director

Mr. Grand was employed in the investment industry for over 25 years. During the past several years Mr. Grand has held executive positions including Vice President, Director and National Sales Manager at major Canadian tier 1 and tier 2 investment firms. Currently Mr. Grand is an independent director of CNSX listed St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. and Intrinsic Minerals Ltd., a private Canadian resource company based in Toronto, Ontario.

Mr. Graydon Kowal – Director, Celtic Gold Ltd.

Since 2001, Mr. Kowal has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Exploration Inc. (“GX” on the TSX-V), which is focused on developing oil and gas in Western Canada and Montana.  He has been active in the petroleum industry in Alberta and British Columbia for the last 16 years. This has included the start-up of several oil and gas service companies during that time. Since 1995, Mr. Kowal has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Helicopters Inc., a private helicopter company serving the oil and gas, mining and forest industries across North America.  Mr. Kowal is also co-owner of Guardian Drilling and Consulting which provides services to the mining industry of Canada.

Mr. Will Felderhof - Director, Celtic Gold Ltd.

 Mr. Felderhof  has over 38 years of international experience in the mining industry.  Will was the founder and President & CEO of TSX listed Acadian Mining Corporation from March 2003 to February 2010, and President & CEO of TSX V listed Royal Roads Corp. from August 2008 to February 2010. Will headed up the publicly traded companies, Jascan Resources Inc. in the 1980s and East Indies Mining Corporation in the 1990s, and served on the board of a number of mineral exploration companies.  Will is a member of member of the Geological Association of Canada, Prospectors and Developers Association, Mining Association of Nova Scotia, and a member and past president of The Mining Society of Nova Scotia.
